How it works

Everything starts with a full audit — a senior technician comes to your premises to deeply understand your infrastructure, the needs and risks of your business. This technician remains allocated to your company for the entire duration of the contract.

After onboarding, advanced 24/7 monitoring is active across your entire infrastructure. Critical incidents are picked up within a maximum of 2 hours, standard ones within 6 hours. Your requests go to the front of the queue — absolute priority.

You have up to 3 on-site visits per month included. The senior technician doesn't wait for something to break — they periodically review systems, make recommendations and plan the IT evolution of your company for the medium and long term.

Every month you receive a full report and a review meeting with your dedicated technician — what happened, what's next and how we continue.
