Accessibility Policy
Last updated: April 2026
This accessibility statement applies to the website carpathin-logic.ro and was prepared in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act), transposed into Romanian legislation through Law 232/2022, as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1.
1. Our commitment
CarpaThin Logic recognises the importance of digital accessibility as a fundamental right and is committed to making our website accessible to as many users as possible, including persons with visual, auditory, motor or cognitive disabilities.
The target standard we follow is WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We are actively working to fully align the site with this standard and to maintain compliance as content evolves.
2. Current state of compliance
Our website is currently partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard. "Partially compliant" means that some elements do not yet fully meet the criteria of the standard, but we are working on remediation according to an action plan.
This evaluation is based on an internal self-assessment carried out by our technical team. We have not yet conducted an independent specialised accessibility audit.
Date of last review: 30 April 2026
Date of next planned review: 30 October 2026
3. Measures implemented to date
The following measures are implemented or in the process of being implemented on the site:
- Semantic structure: we use HTML5 elements (header, main, nav, section, article, footer) to provide context to assistive technologies;
- Heading levels: correct heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) for logical navigation;
- Alternative text: informative images have descriptive alt attributes; purely decorative images have empty alt (alt="");
- Text contrast: the main text colours respect the minimum 4.5:1 ratio against the background for normal text and 3:1 for large text, in accordance with WCAG criterion 1.4.3;
- Keyboard navigation: the main interactive elements (links, buttons, forms) are accessible by keyboard via the Tab key;
- Declared language: the lang attribute is set correctly for each language version of the page (RO/EN);
- Form labels: contact form fields have associated labels;
- Responsive technology: the site adapts to different screen sizes and allows zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality.
4. Known limitations
We are transparent about the current limitations of our website's accessibility. At present, the following aspects are not yet fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA and are on our remediation roadmap:
- Focus indicators: some interactive elements do not have sufficient visual indication of the focus state when navigated by keyboard (WCAG criterion 2.4.7) — in progress;
- Screen reader audit: we have not yet conducted systematic tests with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver). Full compatibility with assistive technologies is being validated;
- ARIA attributes: some complex interactive components (FAQ accordion, ticket panel) could benefit from additional ARIA labels for full context;
- Attached documents: downloadable PDF documents (if any) have not yet been verified for accessibility;
- Multimedia content: videos (if present on the site) do not yet have subtitles or transcripts;
- Third-party content: elements loaded from external providers (Google Fonts, icon fonts) are outside our direct control.
These limitations will be addressed progressively. If you encounter a specific issue while using the site, please contact us — we will prioritise remediation based on impact.
5. Feedback and reporting mechanism
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need the website content in an alternative accessible format (for example: simplified text, audio description, formats compatible with screen readers), please contact us:

The site is compatible with the latest versions of modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile operating systems.
