How it works

Everything starts with a free audit — we come (remote or on-site) to see exactly what you have: how many workstations, what systems, what backup, what risks. It takes 1–2 hours and by the end you already know a few things you can improve, whether we sign a contract or not.

If we move forward, within the first 48 hours we install the monitoring agent on all workstations and configure advanced monitoring of the entire infrastructure. From that moment we monitor actively — if something is wrong, we find out first.

Support works simply and quickly: you send an email, open a ticket or call. Your requests are treated with priority. A technician picks up within a maximum of 4 hours for critical incidents, 12 hours for standard. Every intervention is documented.

On the 5th of each month you receive a full report and once a month a technician comes to your premises for interventions that cannot be resolved remotely or for preventive maintenance.

Who is it for

Monitoring runs 24/7 even outside support hours. If a critical incident is detected outside working hours, you are automatically notified and intervention takes place as soon as possible.

Yes. One on-site visit per month is included in the price and guaranteed contractually. It can be used for emergencies, preventive maintenance or any intervention requiring physical presence.

The price is per computer. Fill in the form or call us and we'll send you the exact price based on the number of computers.

Additional visits are billed separately at 40 EUR / hour (200 RON) for Iași. If you regularly need more, we can discuss a custom package.

Yes, at any time without penalties. The price difference is calculated pro-rata for the current month.

Yes. Contracts of 2+ years benefit from discounts between 10% and 20%, depending on the number of computers and contract duration.
